"I would like to remind you all that you may watch the proceedings here in Juneau on Alaska’s Gavel to Gavel coverage. Channel 7 - Juneau Channel 18 - Anchorage"
- Sen. Bunde
Dear Neighbors,
As we enter the second session of the 24th Alaska State Legislature, I would like to remind you all that you may watch the proceedings here in Juneau on Alaska’s Gavel to Gavel coverage. Their website is http://www.ktoo.org/gavel/cable.cfm. This program may be seen on Anchorage television at GCI Cable, channel 18-D/43.
Another great resource for all Alaskans is the official website of the Alaska State Legislature at http://w3.legis.state.ak.us/home.htm. From that site you can find a great number of useful links to connect you with information about legislation, legislators, the daily schedule, and many publications to give you background and help you understand the legislative process.
If you are interested in finding the full text of any bill, or in tracking the bills as they proceed through committee meetings and public hearings, just click on the BILL SEARCH tab on the home page, and you can find everything you want to know about the bill.
If there is anything we can do to help you while we’re here in Juneau, please don’t hesitate to call, write, or email.
Sincerely,
# # #
