Seafood Processing & Inspection Regulations
Our office spoke with the Tim Berry, the legislative liaison for DEC, this afternoon. Mr. Berry indicated that the department would be discussing the proposed regulation changes for "Seafood Processing & Inspection" further with fishermen and impacted stakeholders. The proposed regulation changes can be viewed at the address below

On February 24, 2006, the Board of Fisheries adopted, as an emergency regulation, changes in Title 5 of the Alaska Administrative Code dealing with chapter 28, Groundfish Fishery. You can find the more information at the link below.
