Senate Pages Wanted

Dear Neighbors:

The Alaska State Senate is still in need of Senate Pages. If you or someone you know would be interested in being considered for this important and rewarding job, please contact Annette in Senator John Cowdery’s Anchorage office at 269-0222.

Hired by the Senate Rules Committee, Senate Pages serve under the supervision of the sergeant-at-arms to provide support services to legislators. They are also on duty in the Senate Chamber for each legislative day.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of your state government, have a close up view as the government solves Alaska’s challenges, and get paid for doing it. If you or someone you know is interested in participating in the legislative process, this is a great opportunity!

Applicants need to be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Alaska Drivers License. The positions pay $2,175 per month.
