Community Meeting

(JUNEAU) - Sen. Randy Phillips (R-Eagle River) invites residents of East Anchorage and the Chugiak-Eagle River area to join him and other legislators on Saturday April 13, 2002 for the last scheduled community meeting of the 2002 legislative session.

The public and the media are encouraged to attend one of two meeting scheduled for that day. The first will be at 11 a.m. in the Northeast Community Center in the Muldoon Mall located at 1251 Muldoon Rd. The second will be at 4 p.m. in the municipal meeting hall above Garcia's Restaurant located in the Valley River Center, Eagle River.

Sen. Phillips will be joined at the Muldoon meeting by Rep. Pete Kott (R-Eagle River) and Rep. Eldon Mulder (R-East Anchorage). He will be joined at the Chugiak meeting by Sen. Rick Halford (R-Chugiak), Rep. Fred Dyson (R-Eagle River), and Rep. Kott. Rep. Vic Kohring (R-Wasilla), will be joining the Eagle River meeting by teleconference from his Juneau office.

The media and other organization are asked to add this information to your community calendars.
