Representative Eldon Mulder comments on general fund spending on "Municipal
Revenue Sharing" in this year's operating budget. The measure, HB 312, was
debated on the House Floor for most of Wednesday afternoon and evening. Rep.
Mulder notes that GF funding for Municipal Revenue Sharing is unchanged in
this year's proposed operating budget. Rep. Mulder continues his comments in
the second clip and holds out hope there may be other funding sources that
can be used to boost Municipal Revenue Sharing.
