Transportation:		Fully funded federal receipts. Appropriated $750,153,381 for transportation spending in FY 01
Safe living conditions:		Water projects statewide - fully funded at $81 mm
		$5 mm for statewide contaminated site cleanup through the Department of Environmental Conservation.
Energy projects:		$18.5 mm of the earnings from the state's rebate share of the TransAlaska Pipeline Liability Fund. A recent federal law mandated the use of these funds for remediation of above ground storage tanks. The Alaska Energy Authority will use these funds for remediation from spills and leaks in rural communities.
		$30.4 mm of federal funds to provide Alaskan communities and electric utilities the funding to establish safe, efficient and code-compliant electrical systems and bulk fuel tank farms.
Housing:		$1.5 mm for AHFC beneficiary and special needs housing.
		$3.5 mm for the HUD capital fund program to renovate modernize public housing units.
		$3.4 mm for AHFC's low income weatherization program which is $1 mm more than was funded last year.
		$3.9 mm for AHFC's supplemental housing development program, approximately the same level of funding appropriated last year.
		$2.3 mm for AHFC's Senior citizens housing development program.
		$1 mm for AHFC competitive grants for public housing program.
		$3.8 mm for HUD federal HOME grants that expand the supply of affordable housing.
Mental Health Authority:		Fully funded the Mental Health Trust Authority requests.
