Published in the Alaska Star March 4, 1999 Work in Juneau is accelarating with our primary emphasis on the state's budget. Our office is working on economic development and child protection issues. In addition, we are pushing the following legislation: HB 73 Banning "bounty hunters". We are also in the process of drafting bills on charter schools, medical issues, and trying to work with the numicipality on zoning enforcement issues.
