WHAT: Day three features morning sessions on public land policy and electric industry restructuring. The Public Lands Committee holds a roundtable discussion with public land committee chairs from around the west. Environmental policy positions of the Western Governors Association will be reviewed. The Electrical Restructuring Committee gets a progress report on the California experience and looks at renewable energy in a deregulated market.
