CSG-West Meeting to Close with Executive Committee Session and a Look at 1998 Elections

WHAT: Day four features a morning session of the CSG-WEST Executive Committee. Meeting highlights will include expansion of the states’ role as intervenors before the U.S. Supreme Court, opportunities for collaboration on Western transportation policy, a discussion of the areas of agreement and concern with the Western Governors’ Association Environmental Management Program, and the discussion and adoption of policy positions. The CSG-WEST Annual Meeting concludes with a panel of national experts who will make predictions about the 1998 elections.
