Comments on Signing of Balanced Budget Plan Legislation

Anchorage -- In a ceremony at the University of Alaska Anchorage, Governor Tony Knowles, surrounded by a bipartisan group of legislative leaders, signed into law House Bill 1001, which authorizes a September 14th advisory vote on the Balanced Budget Plan and Senate Concurrent Resolution 102, the ballot language.
