House Resources Committee to Meet on Subsistence

ANCHORAGE - Members of the House Resources Committee will convene a meeting concerning subsistence in Bethel Wednesday, September 10, 1997.
The meeting will take place at the Bethel Cultural Center beginning at 9:00 a.m.
The hearing will be scheduled for a full day, and teleconferenced to 59 other sites in the region including the Aleutian Chain. Following the Bethel meeting, the Committee will conduct a hearing in Ketchikan on September 12, with regional sites also connected via teleconference. Resources Co-Chair Bill Hudson will chair the committee meetings in Bethel and Ketchikan.
Resources Co-Chair Scott Ogan will be unavailable for the first two meetings but will chair the remainder of the hearings. All future meeting dates, locations and times, will be announced as details are resolved.
