Sectional Analysis for CS for HCR 9 (FIN)

HCR 9 proposes amendments to the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature relating to committee reports.

Section 1. Amends Rule 24(a) by establishing a procedure for voting via teleconference and how the committee report shall reflect a vote by teleconference.

Section 2. Immediate effective date.
