Building Materials
Stored On-Site
An Act relating to municipal regulation of the storage of building materials on certain lots.
Updated: June 11, 1999
Allow building materials to be stored on-site for off-site use during a finite period of time on larger lots. This would allow for someone who is in the process of building a remote cabin and can only periodically hauls the material to the building site. I would suggest limiting it to three months and a lot size with a minimum of one acre. The materials would also need to be out of sight from the road.
