This bill is to address:
- Career path, curriculum, behavior problems, and psychological counseling.
- The role of parents in school counseling including notification, permission, and allowing for a parental by-pass.
- Concurring with the confidentiality requirements related to counseling information, student records, and when reporting to authorities.
