February 25, 2000 HB 133 Prevents the Formation, Alteration, or Abolishment of Service Areas Without a Vote of All Those Concerned Dear District 18 Resident: HB 133 passed the Senate State Affairs Committee yesterday. This legislation prevents the formation, alteration, or abolishment of service areas without a vote of all those concerned and that is what will assure us control over our Limited Road Service Areas (LRSA). Thank you to all the members of District 18 and beyond that were able to contact Senator Ward with their support for this bill. The next committee of referral for HB 133 is the Senate Community and Regional Affairs Committee, Chaired by Senator Tim Kelly.
