A RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF WALDEN POND CHARTER SCHOOL:

(A) After careful consideration the following methods of discipline have been found to be appropriate:

(1) confinement to room or corner;
(2) revocation of privileges including

(a) television;
(b) radio;
(c) non-emergency telephone use; or
(d) automobile use.

(B) None of the above sanctions shall be imposed for more than twenty-one (21) consecutive days.
